Anthony Kirkwood is a partner of the firm. He practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation and appeals. Mr. Kirkwood represents clients in a broad range of matters, including cases that involve contractual disputes, fraud, consumer protection, accounting malpractice, insurance, employment, and construction disputes.

Mr. Kirkwood received his B.A. degree (magna cum laude ) from West Texas A&M University in 1998. He received his J. D. degree with Honors, Order of the Coif, from the University of Texas School of Law in 2001.

Prior to pursuing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Kirkwood served in the United States Navy, with a tour of duty in the Persian Gulf. He also served as a police officer prior to attending law school.
