Greg Dimmick is a partner and focuses his practice solely in the area of litigation. Having practiced at one of the largest firms in the world, Greg is now able to provide his clients with the same quality of representation at lower billable rates and with fewer conflicts of interest. Greg has broad experience handling commercial cases involving antitrust, breach of contract, officer and director fiduciary duty, tortious interference, fraud and misrepresentation, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition. He has also handled personal injury cases of all types, including the defense of hospitals and doctors in medical malpractice cases. Greg's background also includes defending manufacturers in product liability suits. Today, Greg's practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation as well as prosecuting and defending significant personal injury matters. Greg graduated with Honors from Texas Tech University School of law, where he was the Fifth Circuit Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review, a member of the Legal Research Board, and the Board of Barristers. Greg is a member of the Order of Barristers and represented Texas Tech in numerous national mock trial competitions, including winning First Place in the William W. Daniel National Mock Trial Competition. |
