The firm has extensive experience in representing both secured and unsecured creditors in all types of bankruptcy proceedings.  We routinely represent both local and national commercial banks in various types of bankruptcy proceedings.  We have successfully represented creditor interests in commercial bankruptcies, agri-business bankruptcies, and real estate bankruptcies in a variety of proceedings including:  automatic stay litigation, contract assumption or rejection, preference or fraudulent transfer litigation, cash collateral and claims litigation, and confirmation litigation including proposing and confirming creditor's liquidating plans.  In addition to representing creditor interests in bankruptcy we have represented or are representing trustees in bankruptcy, various bankruptcy committees in bankruptcy, and, on occasion, larger business debtors who are in need of reorganizing.   Please see the attached list of Our Cases for more specific information on our experience and success in this area.
