Contract Disputes

We have extensive experience in defending and prosecuting a wide array of breach of contract cases.  We recently concluded our successful prosecution of a case involving breach of long-term coal supply contracts in which the damages were in excess of $300 million.  We also recently tried and won a “bet the company” case involving the alleged breach of a buy-sell agreement between the owners of a manufacturing company.  Please see the attached list of Our Cases for more specific information on our experience and success in this area.
