Richard joined our Amarillo Office in 2009 following a year-long clerkship with Hon. Mary Lou Robinson. His practice consists primarily of civil litigation.
Richard graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2008. During law school, Richard was a senior editor for the Texas Environmental Law Journal. Additionally, Richard was president of the University of Texas Racquetball club. He continues to be an avid racquetball player.
Prior to law school, Richard graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in both Economics and Government, as well as a minor in Computer Science.
